By accessing this website or signing up for Total Network Group hosting services, all customers agree to comply with TNG's Terms of Use. These policies help ensure our customers are using TNG's services with due regard to the rights of other Internet users and TNG's network environment.
Adult Content
There will be no hosting services for sites with content of an "adult nature". Examples of such material are and not limited to: nudity, advertising of adult groups, links to adult sites, or any sites which may infer sexual content or links to such sites. Included under this restriction are sites that promote illegal activities or links to such sites.
Illegal Use
Storage, transmission, or distribution of any information, data, or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademarks; trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Examples are, but are not limited to: pirated software, hacker programs or archives, Warez sites, MP3, and IRC bots.
Security
Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal or civil liability. Examples include but are not limited to the following: unauthorized access, use, probing, or scanning of systems security or authentication measures, data, or traffic; interference with service to any user, host, or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload the system, broadcast attacks; forging of an TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.
Sever Abuse and Spamming
Any attempt to damage or cause interruption of any TNG server will be cause for deactivation of site. Spamming will not be tolerated. Any investigation of spamming that leads to a site on a TNG server will be deactivated immediately.
Financial Arrangements
TNG requires that payment for twelve (12) months hosting be made via credit card, company check, certified check or money order prior to activation. Payment will be due in advance of every accepted hosting period. Failure to comply will result in deactivation of the site being hosted. Reactivation may be requested but will require the initial setup charges. These charges will be totaled prior to service reactivation and must be agreed upon by all parties involved.
Cancellation of Service
TNG reserves the right to cancel service as deemed necessary without prior notification. Any violation of The Terms of Use Agreement may result in the deactivation of the hosting service. The customer may cancel service at any point with 7 days notice.
TNG will make every effort to protect its customers. Release of personal contact information will not be sold, released to any outside firms.
